Comfortable room and good location to explore town.
Spacious room, large bed.
Lighting in room could be better if I’m picky. Bedside light bulbs dim for reading: main light available but stark. Coloured lights above bed and in bathroom where there was also a TV ! Prefer that you spend the money on decent bedside light bulbs please.

Great location, good hotel.
Great location, good swim and spa facilities.
For our taste, the bed was too hard. Room very clean and pool, sauna, steam room, ice cave very good.

Attending the concert at the spa theatre.
Our Room 301 was too small the breakfast was excellent we did not use the Spa.
As above the room was too small, not as good as our room last year.

Overall very good
Service at breakfast was fantastic
Shower in our room wasn't good. Basins didn't drain very quick. 'Wet room' floor had holes in it. Didn't affect using it, I was just concerned for the Crown as to the damage it can be doing on the next floor down.
